Shipping & Return
Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. All orders are sent by Canada Post. Canada Post generally delivers within 5 business days for standard shipping with a tracking code. You will receive an email notification from us with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for Canada Post delivery delays when packages are returned to their hands.
International orders may incur customs fees and variable delivery times. We are not responsible for any additional charges.
As soon as payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in creation production and no changes can be made to your order once it has been placed.
Problem with your order
We have a 60 day policy for all defective items.
If you have not received your package, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.
If your order arrives damaged following delivery, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can assist you and resolve the problem. We will gladly replace any damaged item. However, a photograph as proof of the damage / defect is required.
Remember that the products you buy are handmade and each product is unique and the colors and placement of each flower may be different from one product to another.
No refunds are offered. However, if there is an error or defective item in your order once received, write to me and I will be happy to help you.
Note: We will not refund delivery charges.
